Amy Gauthier
Benefits Planner
Amy joined the team in December 2022 as a Sales Support Specialist before taking on the role of Benefits Planner. Amy spends much of her day corresponding with attorneys, answering their questions, processing applications, and compiling planning letters. In doing so, she assists attorneys who are working with clients in the long-term care planning process and provides meaningful insurance solutions to help seniors in crisis situations.
Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Master’s in Library and Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin—Madison. She also has her Legal Studies Certificate from Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College. Prior to joining our team, Amy worked in the Medicare and retirement department at UnitedHealthcare, providing her with a solid understanding of how to help seniors with insurance needs as well as essential problem-solving experience.
Amy is detail-oriented and friendly. She is always seeking opportunities to help others, especially elderly individuals facing uncertainty as they age. Her compassion is what drives her in her current role, and she appreciates being able to assist the team and, ultimately, provide guidance and solutions for seniors in need.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and two cats, Gillie and Peanut. She also likes to bake, read, and watch movies.
